WHY MAKE A DONATION?
It’s a good question that you might be asking yourself. Well, to start with, I am a fully independent game developer, with no external sponsorship or funding. This means that I work alone, doing all the game design, programming, animations, and many, many other tasks that go into the process of creating a finished and polished game that you, the user, can enjoy on your mobile phone or computer.
My main goal is to finish The Lonely Hacker, a game that I have been working on for the past few years and is currently my biggest project. I also intend to port it to iOS, PC and a few other platforms, and to translate it to as many languages as possible. Once all of this is done, I plan to start developing The Lonely Hacker 2! I always focus on providing the best gaming experience possible, however sometimes in order to do so, I do need to pay for some services such as professional graphic design, music, translations and so on. Many of these services are expensive.
Your donations allow me to spend more time on my projects, instead of working for external employers for some extra income. Any donation is highly appreciated, and brings me closer to being able to work on games like The Lonely Hacker full time.
